The Compact air purifier draws in dirty air from above and around the circumference of the unit, sucking in at 360 degrees, which reduces the importance of where the unit is placed.

Introducing Rensair Compact

The Rensair Compact is a portable, hospital-grade air purifier. A lightweight unit with heavyweight performance, it is highly effective in smaller indoor spaces, removing airborne particulate matter including pathogens (viruses and bacteria), pollen, dust and mould.

Leveraging Rensair’s proven HEPA, UVC and centrifugal airflow technologies, this flexible unit is capable of cleaning up to 460m3 of air per hour, but can operate in quiet mode at only 32dBA. Five airflow speeds offer maximum flexibility, while 360 degree outflow ensures that clean air penetrates the entire room no matter where the unit is placed. The device is equipped with a touch screen interface and WiFi connectivity, allowing remote operation and smart usage. This serves to amplify clean air during and immediately after periods of high occupancy, while conserving energy during sustained periods of absence. The net weight is just 9.5kg, enabling the unit to be easily carried by the handle.

How Rensair Compact works

The Rensair air purifier sucks in the surrounding air from the top inlet perforations. Air travels through the removable pre-filters placed at the top of the machine, which catch and trap larger airborne particles and dust.

A powerful fan pushes the pre-filtered air down into the cylindrical shaped H13 HEPA filter located in the middle of the unit. The fan creates high static air pressure in the cylinder, which is necessary to allow sufficient air to flow through the high quality H13 HEPA filter and to boost air cleaning capacity.

As air hits the H13 HEPA filter, bacteria, viruses and smaller airborne particles and pollutants become trapped on its inner surface and held in place.

Large volumes of clean air travel out of the unit via the lower perforations. The cylindrical shape of the Rensair air purifier allows air to flow out in every direction, enabling effective air circulation suitable for almost all locations.

How it works

Unique, patented combination of HEPA and UVC

• Air enters the top of the unit and passes through a pre-filter system. The pre-filters trap large particles, preventing them from reaching the HEPA filter and thereby ensuring a long and efficient HEPA filter life.

• The pre-filters are easily accessible for regular vacuuming.

• The centrifugal fan creates much higher static air pressure than the axial fans commonly used in other air purifiers.

• By pushing air out through the filter – rather than sucking it through – the unit achieves far higher air volumes, while consuming less energy.

• 99.97% of viruses, bacteria and other airborne microorganisms are trapped as they hit the pleated surface
of the H13 HEPA filter.

• The continued air flow keeps the micro-organisms stuck
on the filter surface.

• An 18W UVC lamp is suspended in the centre of the cylinder, ensuring continuous disinfection of the entire surface of the filter.

• Destruction of the DNA and RNA in trapped pathogens ensures that maintenance remains totally safe.
